Please note we make all efforts to make sure & check products before they leave our shop however if you were to find a fault or floor with your product of purchase please contact us ASAP. If this happens, here is our commitment to you.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE
To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team on sonya@huntersandcollectorsbarn.com.au as soon as possible.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and receipts which the goods came with in/are in original condition.
Any returns that do not arrive in its original condition may not be accepted (unless faulty).
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from huntersandcollectorsbarn.com.au
Online Sale Items purchased through huntersandcollectorsbarn.com.au can not be returned for a refund or exchange either in-store or online.
We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Hunters & Collectors Barn will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and exchanged / credited or refunded.
If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued if approved by the supplier.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind in regards to books, patterns Material or anything sold by the meter. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want an item (s) you have purchased from Hunter & Collectors Barn, please return it to us in-store within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund equal to the value paid for the item (s) for Full Price Items. Again this does not include Books, Pattern’s, Material or anything sold by the meter
Any sale items bought in-store may be exchanged within 5 Days.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and receipts which the goods came with/in are in original condition.
No change of mind refunds are permitted for Material, Pattern’s, Books nor anything sold by the meter. If the item(s) are deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, a refund may be issued.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges to clearly identify that the item(s) were purchased from a Hunters & Collectors Barn store in Coffs Harbour.
Proof of purchase is required for all items with a manufacturing fault.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability.
Gift with Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply.
Gift With Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase.
In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
